Despite doing their best to avoid addressing the dating rumours directly, JoJo Siwa and Chris Hughes are not doing their best to dampen them. Especially after the latter blew an affectionate kiss at the former during her show on Monday (26 May).
Ever since they got cute and cuddly on Celebrity Big Brother together Siwa, 22, and Hughes, 32, have faced questioning over the exact nature of their relationship.
During Siwa’s gig at Colours Hoxton on Monday the Dance Moms star appeared in a bedazzled Sunderland AFC shirt in tribute to Hughes’ favourite team who were promoted to the Premier League over the weekend.
This elicited boos from some in the audience, with Siwa responding that “you might not like it,” before mouthing “but he does so just go with it,” and pointing at Hughes, who was at the back of the venue.
Later, Siwa changed the lyrics to Kim Carnes’ “Bette Davis Eyes” to “Chris Hughes’ eyes,” which she has done before. Hughes then blew a kiss at Siwa, who was left beaming onstage.
Earlier on Monday, Siwa had appeared on ITV’s Lorraine, guest hosted by Andi Peters. She was asked about the nature of her relationship with the Love Island star but remained coy.
She then surprised Hughes on This Morning, who was interviewing 90-year-old animal sanctuary manager Barby Keel in Bexhill.

The two had a cute moment before This Morning‘s Alison Hammond asked about the relationship. When Siwa said Hughes was “one of my favourite people in the entire world,” Hammond cheekily added, “with benefits,” a comment that has been criticised by some as “crass”.
The Daily Mail reports Hughes greeted Siwa with roses when she arrived in the Uk on Sunday. The pair have also shared snaps of themselves on social media.
The pair have also been spotted kissing on a couple of occasions including in Florida where Hughes, as per the Daily Mail, flew to celebrate Siwa’s 22nd birthday.
The Mail has also heard from an “insider” that the two are in a romance and “it is going very well.”
