Trixie Mattel pranks Katya at the store: ‘You scared the s**t out of me’

Drag star Trixie Mattel has shared a clip of her pranking Katya at a hardware store, and it’s about as chaotic as you’d expect.
The Drag Race duo proved that they are pretty much inseparable after Trixie decided to take a detour in order suprise her UNHhhh co-star at the store.
Documenting the moment in a TikTok post published on Sunday (22 June), Trixie told viewers she jogging to the nearby store when her comedy counterpart texted her saying she was on the prowl for bits and bobs at the shop.
“I bet she’s in here,” Trixie said in the clip, marching along various aisles on the lookout for Katya. “Let’s see if we can surprise her.”
Eventually, Trixie, doing her best impression of an undercover spy, said she had finally found Katya, and began stealthily approaching to surprise her.
After getting close enough, Trixie set up her camera and went in for the kill.
She came up behind Katya and placed her hands on her sides, prompting her pal to turn around and yell: “You scared the s**t out of me.”
The duo then began cackling, and Trixie wrote on her post: “Got her a*s.”
If that wasn’t enough for fans of the pair, their web series UNHhhh could be making a return soon.
RuPaul’s Drag Race production company filed for copyright for a potential ninth season of the off-the-cuff irreverent commentary series and, while no announcements have been made, and with no guarantee Trixie and Katya will return, the move means that World of Wonder is in a position to drop the latest season should they choose to give it the green light.
