Satirical sitcom South Park has crashed back onto screens after a two year hiatus, and the premiere episode pulled no punches in its depictions of president Donald Trump.
The first episode of season 27, entitled “Sermon on the Mount”, sees Trump depicted as trying to sleep with series regular character Satan, decorating the White House with nude photos of himself, and the residents of South Park creating a Trump PSA – which features an incredibly unflattering portrayal of Trump’s manhood.
“Sermon on the Mount” begins with South Park’s most infamous character Cartman complaining about his favourite “woke” radio series NPR being cancelled, which he then learns was prompted by the US government.
The segment appears to be poking fun at Trump recently delighting in The Late Show with Stephen Colbert being cancelled, and the president’s recently settled lawsuit against Paramount+.

South Park creators recently struck a licensing deal with Paramount, reportedly worth $1.5billion (£1.1 billion), which will allow the comedy series to run for at least 50 episodes over the next five years. All episodes are set to debut on Comedy Central, which is owned by Paramount, as well as being available to stream on Paramount+.
Episode one of season 27 continues with the parents of students at South Park Elementary staging a riot after the school’s principal brings Jesus back from the dead to appear in an assembly.
“I didn’t want to come back and be at the school, but I had to as part of a lawsuit and the agreement,” Jesus says.
“You guys saw what happened to CBS! You really want to end up like Colbert? You guys gotta stop being stupid.”
The parents’ riot then prompts a $5billion lawsuit from Trump.

Instead of giving Trump a typical South Park characterisation, the show uses photos of Trump’s head over an animated body.
In one scene, Trump enters a hallway in the White House featuring paintings of himself, including one where he’s surrounded by military jet planes.
Trump rages when he spots a painter creating another Trump portrait, this one depicting him with incredibly small genitals.
“Why is my d**k so small?” he demands. “But that’s the size it is in the photo,” responds the painter, before Trump threatens to sue him.
Trump is then seen stripping off and getting into bed with Satan, in an attempt to seduce him. Satan then mocks Trump’s “small” penis.
The episode ends with the residents of South Park being told they have to pay the President several millions of dollars and create a “pro-Trump” PSA. The PSA is shown at the end of the episode, and features Trump – depicted as fully human using “synthetic media” – marauding about a desert, and stripping out of his clothes.
He then crawls on the sand entirely naked, before looking down at his small manhood, which talks to him.
South Park viewers have been left with dropped jaws over the scenes, suggesting that the episode holds nothing back, even by the show’s risqué standards.
“Oh my God. South Park just literally dropped a nuclear bomb on top of Donald Trump. He is going to lose his entire mind,” wrote one viewer on X.
“Holy smokes South Park just went scorched earth on Trump for their season 27 premiere,” another shared.
Another guessed: “I give it 15 more minutes before Trump is demanding the cancellation of South Park lmfao.”
