Part one of Wednesday season two is here, and Netflix has already released a secret trailer for part two. Here’s where you can watch it.

Warning: Terrifying Wednesday season two spoilers lie ahead.

Jenna Ortega has returned to Nevermore Academy as the titular character and the eldest Addams family child, ready to solve yet another mystery. Back for another semester, Wednesday Addams is joined by familiar faces, including her mother Morticia (Catherine Zeta-Jones), father Gomez (Luis Guzmán) and brother Pugsley (Isaac Ordonez).

Thing (Victor Dorobantu) is also there to offer a helping hand (excuse the pun), too, while fellow student and the yin to Wednesday’s yang, Enid Sinclair (Emma Myers), also returns. Though, her fate is yet to be sealed following the events of season two’s first episode.

Wednesday season two also sees new series stars, including Doctor Who star Billie Piper as Isadora Capri, Absolutely Fabulous’ Joanna Lumley as Grandmama Addams, and Boardwalk Empire’s Steve Buscemi as new principal Barry Dot. Plus, there’s set to be a later appearance from none other than Lady Gaga.

And although season two of the horror series is yet to be released in full, the series has already been confirmed for season three. But there’s even more to look forward to, with Netflix giving a sneak peek at the second half of season two.

In a Tudum feature article, which unpacks the Wednesday season two mid-season finale, the Netflix companion site gives a glimpse at the upcoming four episodes.

The first shot sees Morticia and Gomez doting over their “little cadaver”, who appears to be lying in a hospital bed, “still stuck in her coma” following her dramatic final showdown with Tyler Galpin (Hunter Doohan).

“It’s the vacation she always dreamed of,” her mother says.

“I’ve always believed that to be haunted is a choice, but what we are really haunted by is our past,” says Wednesday in a voiceover.

The teaser then flicks through various clips, including the bones in Enid’s hands appearing to crack at nightfall, Slurp stumbling through a funfair, and a scene unfolding between Bianca Barclay (Joy Sunday) and Wednesday’s Grandmama.

In creepy doll-like fashion, the teaser ends with Wednesday’s eyes suddenly clicking open.

Wednesday season two part one is streaming now. Part two airs on Wednesday 3 September.
