Real Housewives of Atlanta star Porsha Williams has casually shared that she’s dating a woman as well as a man.
Williams finalised her divorce from Nigerian businessman Simon Guobadia, in June, after almost three years of marriage. People reported that the couple first announced they were dating in May 2021 and tied the knot in November 2022.
People also reported that the divorce, filed by Williams last year, was “contentious”, with mentions of defamation suits and cease-and-desist orders.
A judge ruled in Williams’ favour meaning a pre-nup was upheld and she was granted spousal support. Guobadia, who was deported back to Nigeria in February, reportedly plans to appeal.

Having told People in June: “I’m going to be alone until I’m whole,” the Housewives star has clearly now moved on. Over the weekend, she attended CultureCon, a “festival for creative entrepreneurs, creators and cultural influencers” in New York. Speaking at the event, Williams gave an update on her dating life.
“So, the people I am talking to now, it’s just two, I narrowed it down to two. He is nice and she is nice,” she said. The casual mention elicited shocked reactions from the audience with one person shouting “do both”, to which Williams playfully reacted.
“I really just wanted to make sure these were normal people,” she continued. “What I talked about with my therapist the other day was, I’m having a hard time opening up because they’re not narcissists. Guess what narcissists do? They love bomb you.”

Williams admitted being challenged by both individuals. They weren’t “letting me walk over them”, she said, adding: “They aren’t just doing whatever they need to do to get into the relationship, so I’m not feeling safe enough to open up yet.
“I have to soften up a bit”, and not expect people to “over-perform” but also “call me out from time to time”.
Porsha has shared a variety of posts on Instagram, including one showing a cartoon woman sound asleep with the caption: “How I sleep knowing I said what I said and l’d say it again.”
Speaking soon after the divorce was finalised, Williams mentioned the possibility of dating a woman. “When you go through a bad enough break-up, you’re like: ‘I don’t like nobody’,” she joked. “I was like, ‘Do I like women enough? Can I get with a woman? Who can come in and fill this void?'” she said.
