I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! campmate Alex Scott has shared intimate details of her relationship life with her co-stars.
The football icon joined the line-up of this year’s I’m a Celeb, alongside the likes of Ruby Wax, Lisa Riley and Martin Kemp. Scott is in a relationship with singer Jess Glynne and has already spoken about her in the jungle camp.
And during Wednesday’s episode (19 November), she got involved in a conversation about the bedroom with co-stars Wax, Riley, Shona McGarty and Kelly Brook. Comedian Wax confessed she had no interest in it at all after menopause.
For Scott, it couldn’t have been more different. She told her co-stars: “It’s always been about a deep, emotional connection, which then makes, for me, it more passionate than ever anyway, because you have such a deep bond between you.”
The pundit went on: “I had relationships with men throughout my life and there was just always something missing for me that I never had with a woman.”
Scott explained: “My first experience with a woman was when I was 17 and the same thing, I was fighting it. I’d go back to men in-between.
“For me, it’s always about the connection. I am attracted to men still, but then that connection would wear off for me and I’m like, I’m not enjoying it anymore, there’s not that passion between us.”
Wax suggested sex between two women was better because “they know what they’re doing”. Scott agreed, adding: “We know what each other wants!”
‘I will get married to her’
Earlier in the week, Alex Scott made it clear she was ready to marry partner Jess Glynne. Explaining how they’d met at a swanky restaurant, Scott confessed: “I will get married to her, just waiting for her to ask.”
Glynne reacted to the comment on social media. She wrote on her Instagram Stories: I better go get a ring.”
The duo has been dating since the summer of 2023. They have made a number of joint appearances at events since then.
