We’re not sure when someone can officially be called one of ‘the internet’s boyfriends,’ but Heated Rivalry‘s Connor Storrie is certainly headed that way. And his ‘twink era’ is just the latest things that’s being obsessed over by his legions of newfound fans.
Storrie plays Ilya Rozanov in the Canadian LGBTQ+ sports drama focusing on two rival hockey players entering a steamy love affair. Opposite Storrie, Hudson Williams plays Shane Hollander, Rozanov’s rival and lover.
Both men have been plastered all over social media feeds since the show stared airing in late November with many celebrating the series’ rather hot sex scenes.

However, people are now marvelling at images of Storrie from years gone by when he was, according to the gay internet, in his “twink era.”
Among the images gaining traction is one showing a younger, less bulked up Storrie also with long curly hair. His passing resemblance to model siblings Bella and Gigi Hadid even had one fan commenting: “why does connor storrie look like a hadid sister in this.”

Someone else shared a brief clip of the actor, appearing similarly leaner and with longer hair than he currently possesses.
The X/Twitter user added the caption, “oh look at me, im connor storrie, i have pretty curls, insane cheekbones, and beauty marks that can rival the stars, girl f*** you.”
And someone else shared a montage of clips of Storrie set to Lady Gaga’s “Bad Romance.” The video shows Storrie’s progression over the years to playing Rozanov.
The video bears a TikTok comment reading, “rip twink era.”

During a recent interview when Storrie and Williams were asked about their personal lives in relation to the debate about queer actors playing queer roles Jacob Tierney, the show’s creator, intervened to say, “I don’t think there’s any reason to get into that stuff.”
Currently Heated Rivalry is only available to watch in Canada, the US, and Australia such to the frustration of the series’ fans elsewhere.
