As 2025 draws to a close, Pornhub has revealed the most popular transgender porn stars of the year – and just in time for XXXmas, too.
The adult site’s annual Year in Review has shown exactly what types of racy content have been getting people off over the past 12 months, and it seems the world can’t get enough of trans people between the sheets – which is sadly ironic, considering the growing anti-trans rhetoric being witnessed across the world right now.
As well as confirming the world’s most popular gay porn stars, Pornhub’s latest stats show that the trans category was the second most-viewed of the year, with searches for terms like “trans threesome” and “trans amateur” up by 67 per cent and 49 per cent respectively.
Trans Pornhub Brand Ambassador, Natassia Dreams describes the trend as a “cultural shift”, noting: “People are finally seeking out stories and performers who break old ideas about gender and sexuality. It’s amazing to see viewers become more open-minded and interested in authenticity.
“This growth shows trans creators are finally being seen and celebrated on our own terms. Audiences and the industry are evolving together.”
So, who are the trans performers who are keeping internet audiences captivated? Here they are, in order of search popularity…
1. Emma Rose
Emma Rose snatches the crown as the world’s most popular trans adult star, after narrowly missing out last year, when she placed second.
2. Eva Maxim
Eva Maxim cements herself as a breakout star in 2025: After not even featuring on 2024’s list, she rockets all the way up to number two this year.
3. Ariel Demure
Ariel Demure is another new face on the most-searched list, securing a podium finish in third place.
4. SissyMilana
The mysterious Sissy Milan, 32, might not have much of a presence on social media but is clearly a hit with fans, becoming the fourth most-search for performer of the year.
5. PuppygirlXO
2024’s most-searched trans performer falls four places to number five this year. The OnlyFans creator is also a popular Twitch streamer.
6. Vicats
Holding steady is Vicats, who places sixth – a drop of just one place from number five in 2024.
7. Daisy Taylor
Daisy Taylor has become an outspoken advocate for the trans and adult performer communities, and is more than happy to represent the dolls.

After placing at 17th on last year’s list, Erica Cherry has raced into the top 10 in 2025 – and has spoken powerfully about the challenges faced by trans people in the US.
