Fans of Jade are all wondering the same thing: how is Big Brother‘s George Gilbert seemingly everywhere and in everything?!

Gilbert was a contestant on the latest season of Big Brother. The 23-year-old was removed from the Big Brother house in October due to a “repeated use of unacceptable language.

The comments that led to Gilbert’s removal were not aired, as they went against broadcasting standards. Gilbert later revealed the comments were antisemitic in nature.

He’d proved divisive for his opinions on so-called transgender “ideology”, homelessness and addiction. He also received a formal warning over his treatment of queer housemate Sam and separately for comments about race.

On Wednesday (10 December) an X/Twitter account shared four screenshots from Jade’s “Angel Of My Dreams” music video.

In two of them, Gilbert can be seen in the background and off to one side thanks to his distinctive red, curly hair. He’s also credited as one of the extras.

“Oh… My God. Everything is ruined. Literally everything is ruined,” the account wrote alongside the images.

Responding, one person wrote: “How is he of all people in Heartstopper and the ‘Angel of my Dreams’ music video like this is genuinely so disturbing.”

Gilbert does indeed appear in Heartstopper season two, episode six: “Truth/Dare.” Gilbert can be seen during the titular game of truth or dare the kids play on their Paris school trip.

The shock was echoed by someone else who added: “How is he in everything that opposes his views??”

Another user wrote: “THIS IS HILARIOUS OH MY GOD. Can we put him in a plastic box,” while someone else exclaimed: “He’s everywhere.”

Others pointed out that Gilbert had been glimpsed in other things including the BBC’s Eurovision 2023 coverage as well as an Alan Carr show.

On his Instagram profile, Gilbert has posts showing him appearing in a Debenhams Christmas advert as well as on the make up show, Glow Up.

Since leaving Big Brother, Gilbert has shown little remorse for his comments. Instead he attacked ITV for a “ridiculously disproportionate response designed to make an example of me”, as reported by Metro.

In November, he appeared on Talk TV where he shared he’d been fired from a job as a school cleaner after two days.

He said he’d been recognised by a member of staff and been asked not to return due to his offensive comments.
