General Hospital star reveals he’s dating fellow soap actor with adorable post

General Hospital actor Adrian Anchondo has revealed that he’s dating a fellow soap actor in an adorable Instagram post. 

Over the holiday period, Anchondo went Instagram official with his boyfriend, Colton Little. 

Anchondo, who has played Marco Rios since March 2025 on ABC’s General Hospital, and also has credits in Law & Order: Organized Crime, and FBI: Most Wanted, shared a photo of himself in San Juan, Puerto Rico, where his boyfriend is kissing his cheek.

“This Christmas made my heart pop. Thank you Puerto Rico and Florida,” he captioned the post. 

The carousel of photos and videos showed the pair enjoying their time together in Puerto Rico and Florida.

Commenters also pointed out that Little is a familiar face: the actor has a recurring role as ISA agent Andrew Donovan on Days Of Our Lives and appeared in an episode of NCIS: Origins as Samuel Rhodes. 

One person commented: “Hold up that’s what’s his name from Days?? Something Donovan?”

A different comment shared that the pair make “the most beautiful couple”. 

“Xmas for us all – Colton in a Speedo,” another person wrote in response to a photo of Little coming out of the sea in his swimwear. 

“I knew I recognized Andrew from Days of our Lives. That’s awesome. Happy New Year to you guys. Such a cute couple,” another fan wrote. 

The news follows the death of Anthony Geary, who played Luke Spencer on the hospital drama for nearly 30 years, on 14 December due to complications from a scheduled operation days earlier.

Geary’s husband, Claudio Gama, spoke out following the actor’s death, saying it was “a shock” to him and their family. 

“For more than 30 years, Tony has been my friend, my companion, my husband,” Geary told TV Insider.
