Gina Yashere led an epic roast of Elon Musk.

Lesbian actress, writer and comedian Gina Yashere has led an epic roast of Elon Musk after he fat-shamed her Star Trek character.

In Paramount+’s Star Trek: Starfleet Academy, which is released on Thursday (15 January), Yashere makes her Trek debut as the tough Klingon/Jem’Hadar hybrid Lura Thok, who serves as Cadet Master and First Officer to the Academy’s captain.

A post criticising the series and a photo featuring Yashere’s character was reposted by Elon Musk on X.

“Turns out they banned Ozempic and LASIK in the future lol,” the 54-year-old wrote, referring to the the appearance of Lura and Captain Nahla Ake, who wears glasses, in the series.

LASIK stands for Laser-Assisted In Situ Keratomileusis. It’s a type of laser eye surgery.

In response to Musk’s comments, Yashere took to Facebook to call him out in the most iconic way.

‘He looks like…’

She wrote: “I know I should be the the bigger person…

“All this from a guy who has all the money in the world, yet his face still looks like a sock full of wet sand. He looks like someone tried to make a human out of a melted candle. He looks like someone stretched the rubber skin too tight over a mannequin.

“He looks like someone filled a condom full of mashed potato & cut eyes into it. All this money & influence & this is what he chooses to do with it. Pathetic.”

But she didn’t stop there, adding: “I’m sure all the incels will come here to defend their king & tell me how fat, ugly and old I am.

“Good thing I’ve never made a living from being a beauty queen, so they’ll need to come with more inventive insults. Let’s see if they can do it without being racist. Highly doubt.”

She then signed off by plugging the series and telling her followers to “watch and enjoy”.

‘He makes a conscious decision to cosplay a bucket of rice’

Yashere’s post has been liked more than 3,000 times, with hundreds of people joining the comments to add to the Musk-themed insults. The roasts in the comment section didn’t hold back.

“The dude looks like Edgar The Bug from Men In Black and he’s at least as insecure,” one person wrote.

Another comment read: “Gyms and tanning beds exist today, yet he makes a conscious decision to cosplay a bucket of rice.”

Someone else joked: “Do we think the musty one, oh he of great self-proclaimed intelligence, might have missed the whole point of Star Trek?”

Others expressed their joy at finding out Yashere is part of the series. “I’m very much looking forward to Starfleet Academy, and I’m stoked you’re in it!”
