HBO Max, the streaming service that helped send Heated Rivalry around the world, is due to launch in the UK towards the end of March.
On Monday (9 February) it was announced that Warner Bros. Discovery’s streaming service would be available in the UK and Ireland come Thursday 26 March. It is already available in more than 110 territories around the world.
As well as Heated Rivalry in the US and Australia, HBO Max is also the home of shows such as Game of Thrones and House of Dragon. Viewers will also be able to access content from Warner Bros. Pictures, Warner Bros. Television, DC Studios and Max Originals. Live sport, such as Premier League and UEFA Champions League football, will also be available through TNT Sports from launch.
The rollout will arrive in time for UK and Irish viewers to catch the brand new season of Euphoria, which will be available exclusively on HBO Max, Warner Bros. Discovery has announced today. The third season of the hit HBO show is due to arrive in April.

The Emmy, Golden Globe and Critics Choice Award Winning original series, The Pitt, will also be available from 26 March. The first season will be available to watch in full with season two rolling out weekly. Lanterns, based on DC Comics’ Green Lantern, will premiere later this year, as will the controversial Harry Potter remake in 2027.
DTF St. Louis, Rooster and the third and final season of The Comeback will also be available in due course. And shows like Succession, Friends, and The Sopranos will be exclusive to HBO Max from 26 March.
The move could also impact where Heated Rivalry fans can watch season one as well as future episodes. While initially produced by the Canadian streamer Crave, HBO Max distributed the series in the US, Australia, and elsewhere.
The series debuted in the UK on Sky and Now but that could change with the arrival of HBO Max.

The basic and standard HBO Max plans will cost subscribers £4.99 and £5.99 a month, both with adverts. Though people will only be able to access movies that stream on HBO Max first after their theatrical release from the standard plan up. This includes movies like Sinners, One Battle After Another, and Superman.
A standard plan without ads will cost £9.99 a month while premium plan will cost £14.99 a month, the latter allowing streaming in 4K Ultra HD with Dolby Atmos. The TNT Sports Plan will be available either as a standalone plan or an add-on for £30.99 a month.
In March, HBO Max will be available by app, from hbomax.com, as well as with Sky and Prime Video.
