Queer Eye’s Jonathan Van Ness says one thing makes British men ‘really hot’

Queer Eye’s Jonathan Van Ness has revealed what makes British men like his husband “really hot”.

The hair stylist and comedian married Mark Peacock, who is British, in 2020, and he shared in an interview with the Mirror why he believes British men are attractive.

“Not to be a s***, but my husband is so hot. British men are really hot. Like, my husband is just so cute,” Van Ness said.

They continued, adding that they think British men’s “sense of adventure”, which they said “y’all don’t get enough credit for”, is what makes them “so hot”.

“When you live in London and it’s dark at like 4pm, you gotta be down to clown.

“British people just find their sense of adventure and will walk to a random pub, where there might be something like table tennis. You go on little adventures. That’s something that is really fun about you.”

Van Ness added that a love of beans also keeps their relationship with their partner strong. They even “keep personalised British Heinz beans” in their beauty closet “just in case of some emergency”.

The comedian will return to the UK in May for a comedy tour. Hot & Healed promises to bring Van Ness to the stage like never before: sharp, outrageous and uplifting.

In January, Van Ness spoke out after one-fifth of the Fab Five, Karamo Brown, claimed he was “worried about being bullied” on the series’ press tour.

He told News.com.au: “I don’t want to speak for him because I respect him. I treasure the time that we had together on that show. I’m proud of him for doing what he needs to do to take care of himself. That’s all I want for anyone to do: do the things that you need to do to take care of yourself.”
