Ben Platt amazes fans with ‘ripped’ transformation in beefy gym snap

Actor Ben Platt has left social media users amazed after being pictured looking beefy in the gym.
The 32-year-old, who is married to fellow actor Noah Galvin, has gone viral on social media after Galvin posted a new photo of him looking much more muscular than usual.
In the snap, Platt can be seen wearing a red vest with his beefy arms flexed. He also has a scruffier (in a good way) beard and chest hair on display.
Galvin wrote over the photo: “Gas him the f*** up.”
And that’s exactly what people online have done.
The photo has been trending on X, formerly Twitter, with people amazed at the apparent transformation.
Someone said: “Ben Platt is ripped now?”
Another wrote: “Unashamed to say I’ve always been on the Ben Platt train.”
And someone else added: “He was already quite handsome.”
Meanwhile, others suggested his dedication to the gym might have been a result of his recent appearance in Ryan Murphy’s series The Beauty.
In it, Platt appears as someone who has not yet taken the drug which will make him beautiful and desirable. His character, Manny, is then portrayed by Isaac Powell after the transformation.
One person said: “He’s p***** after being cast as the ugly version of himself.”
Another echoed: “Being cast as the before in that show got to him.”
Someone else wrote: “Damn, The Beauty really got to him.”
The Beauty also stars Jeremy Pope, Bella Hadid, Ashton Kutcher and Amelia Gray Hamlin as beautified versions of their characters.
Other cast includes Evan Peters, Anthony Ramos, Rebecca Hall and Meghan Trainor.
