RuPaul’s Drag Race star and Lip-Sync Lalaparuza champion Suzie Toot has revealed that she gave Kori King a thousand dollars of her winnings for this iconic reason.
With just a few days to go until the winner of season 17 of RuPaul’s Drag Race is crowned, with either Lexi Love, Onya Nurve, Jewels Sparkles or Sam Star snatching the title of America’s Next Drag Superstar), another winner has been crowned.
Following a Lip-Sync Lalaparuza smackdown, fifth place queen Suzie Toot beat out several of her fellow eliminated girls to win a lovely fifty thousand doll-hairs and the title of Queen of She Done Already Done Had Herses.
To get to that cash prize, Suzie and Kori reached the final after triumphing over cast mates Joella and Lucky Starzzz, and Arrietty, Lana Ja’Rae and Lydia B. Kollins respectively.
But after a final showdown to “APT.” by Rosé and Bruno Mars, it was Suzie who won – and luckily for Kori, it transpires that the pair had made a deal that involved the champion transferring the runner up one thousand dollars of their winnings.
“Before the last lip sync, Kori and I shook hands and agreed the winner would give the other 1k,” Suzie revealed alongside a screenshot revealing that the reference alongside the payment read, “I ate you up.”

Suzie also clarified in a follow-up post, “For any lawyers around I gave her that money before the 50k ever hit my account.”
With a fearsome track record each for the top four, the showdown for the crown is sure to be the splashiest yet – and for those who can’t stand not having new Drag Race to watch, never fear, All Stars 10 is almost here.
