Jonathan Bailey is back on the big screen for Jurassic World Rebirth – but in a new promo for the film, his ‘slutty little glasses’ have stolen the show.
Starring Wicked heartthrob Bailey as palaeontologist Dr. Henry Loomis alongside Marvel star Scarlett Johansson and Mahershala Ali as covert operatives, Jurassic World Rebirth is the seventh instalment in the overall Jurassic Park franchise and the standalone sequel to 2022’s Dominion.
The film is set to see the trio and several others journey to the site of the original Jurassic Park to collect some crucial materials, which hold the key to a medical breakthrough.
Apart from none of that currently matters, because Jonathan Bailey is wearing “slutty little glasses”, and everyone’s losing their damn minds.
In a video posted to the Instagram page @jurassicyourworld, Bailey is seen telling everyone that tickets are now on sale for Jurassic World Rebirth.
He then looks off-camera and asks, “Oh, you want me to say what?” The Bridgerton star then turns back to the camera and says, “I was just advised to also mention that you’ll see me in tiny little glasses for two hours. Here’s a preview.”
Bailey then puts his glasses on and the sound of thousands of knees buckling around the world is heard.
The clip has hit X (formerly Twitter), where people have reacted as sanely as expected.
“Jonathan Bailey is aware that the people yearn for him in his slutty little glasses,” one user correctly surmised.
Another joked, “I can’t believe we’re getting a Jurassic Park movie with Jonathan Bailey in slutty glasses. The T Rex doesn’t stand a chance.”
And a third said, “I don’t argue with men in tiny little glasses with big brown eyes, whatever you say Jonathan Bailey.”
Bailey’s glasses are set to truly be the star of the film, with fans commenting on them when a previous trailer was released.
Jurassic World Rebirth is out on 2 July 2025.
