Gracie McGraw, the eldest daughter of singers Tim McGraw and Faith Hill, has publicly identified as queer.

Gracie took to Instagram on Monday (2 June) to post: “Everyone get more gay now.” Underneath, she wrote: “Happy freaking Pride, I love being queer.”

In a separate post, she said: “Pride began as a riot led by Black and brown trans activists.”

Then she posted a series of images of her with friends at the Music City Rodeo, in Nashville, Tennessee, on Sunday (1 June) where her dad was the headline act.

“My wives, nothing else matters when we are together. Nothing,” Gracie wrote. “My ride or dies. I love these women more than life. Chosen fam forever and ever and ever and ever.”

Gracie made her off-Broadway debut last year, starring opposite Oscar-winner Marisa Tomei in the musical, Babe.

Her dad Tim, known for his country music as well as for appearances in Yellowstone and Friday Night Lights, recently helped celebrate her 28th birthday, writing on social media: “You are a light in this world, my sweet girl. So much heart, soul, respect and yes loads of talent. We hope you have the best day ever and know that you are loved beyond measure.”
