Trixie Mattel is hopefully holding onto her All Stars crown tightly as she’s lost another – she’s no longer the most followed RuPaul’s Drag Race queen on Instagram! That title now belongs to Plastique Tiara.
The Drag Race season 11 queen toppled Mattel, who won All Stars 3, right at the end of Pride month. Now that’s camp!
As of Monday (30 June), Tiara stood pretty with a casual 4.3 million followers on Instagram. Meanwhile the skinny legend and UNHhhh host was still on 4.2 million.
Tiara dazzled audiences first on season 11 of Drag Race before returning for All Stars 9. She has also built a strong following on TikTok, with a cool 11.9 million followers. She’s known for her makeup transformations, ASMR videos and ‘Get ready with me’ style vlogs.

Mattel had been the most followed queen for a number of years. The Bald and the Beautiful host passed the 4 million mark last year while taking a break from social media.
And upon her return towards the end of 2024, she has evidently been keeping things up and garnering new fans. Trixie not only hosts her podcast and UNHhhh with Katya, but also their Netflix YouTube series, I Like to Watch.
Trixie also runs the Trixie Motel in Palm Springs as well as Trixie Cosmetics and produces her own social media and YouTube content. She also tours with her DJ set the Solid Pink Disco. She’s a busy gal.
But despite her long-running reign as the most followed Drag Race girl, no one has yet to match RuPaul herself who stands at 5.8 million followers.
Though, RuPaul is in turn dwarfed by Pabllo Vittar who has 12.8 million followers. There’s always a bigger fish!
