Emily Ratajkowski has revealed whether she’d be up for to returning for a possible season two of Lena Dunham’s new Netflix series Too Much.
The comedy drama follows Jessica (Megan Stalter) as she moves to London from New York after a break-up. On her first night there she encounters Felix (Will Sharpe), which sets off a bumpy romance for the pair.
The series also stars Ratajkowski as Wendy, an influencer and the new girlfriend of Jessica’s ex, Zev (Michael Zegen).
After the show debuted on Netflix, the model, actress, and podcaster sat down with Variety to discuss her role on the show and it’s possible future.

Asked if she’d want to return as Wendy should the show get a second season Ratajkowski said, “I definitely do.”
She added, “And Lena and I have had fun little convos about what that would look like. I mean, who knows? But I absolutely loved playing her.
“The world felt so clear to me. I know [Wendy] well — I feel like I could run into her on the street in Brooklyn. So it’d be very fun to return to her.”
(Warning: Minor spoilers for Too Much‘s finale follow).
In Too Much‘s final episode, Wendy and Jessica come together to discuss their respective relationships with Zev, as well as each other.
It’s a rare scene where two supposed rivals sit down and have a frank conversation that doesn’t devolve into madness.
Speaking about what it was like to film that heart-to-heart scene, Ratajkowski said she loved it.

“It was the first scene I shot for the show, and it was my first time being directed by a woman, and by my friend [Dunham]. Meg and I had just met, and even though we exchanged a few stories, it was sort of fresh.
She said not having a relationship with Stalter helped the scene in which two characters who have had minimal face-to-face interactions come together. “That felt really nice. I felt like it helped inform the scene, the fact that it was the first day, and we had just so much fun shooting it.”
Ratajkowski also lavished praise on Stalter saying, “Meg is amazing at improv. She just goes for it. So there were takes that were very funny, but there were some that were more tender, and it was just a pleasure.”
Too Much is streaming on Netflix now.
