Benson Boone is heading on his debut tour – but the internet has decided that the stage for his future performances looks like, well, ‘a ballsack’.
There’s no easy way to say this, so we’ll just jump straight in.
Benson Boone, known best for flipping on stage more than Mhi’ya Iman LePaige and belting out hits like “Mystical Magical” and “Beautiful Things,” recently released his debut album American Heart, and is gearing up to kick off his debut world tour.
As part of that preparation comes the ever important stage design, and an alleged picture of the setup for the American Heart World Tour has found its way to X via the @BuzzingPop account, where it’s been received with several raised eyebrows.
And that’s because, as one user wrote, it “looks like a ballsack.”

We can’t deny that there is some definite genitalia-related-resemblance for the stage, which will be used by Benson Boone for fifty shows, which began 22 August, and will run until late November.
“Looks like testicles…” another straight-forward fan wrote, while a more artistic interpretation was that the stage had “dong vibes…”.
This went through several stages of approval before being built, by the way.

A further X user wrote: “Oh okay so it’s like ballsack shaped. Cool! That’s interesting!”

Others have noted that Benson Boone’s initials – BB – is also a commonly used abbreviation for ‘bareback’ primarily used by the gay community to denote penetrative sex without a condom.
“Thought the same thing and BB being an abbreviation for bareback plus the balls makes it even worse,” a particularly academic user wrote.

Benson Boone’s American Heart World Tour – his first all-Arena tour – continues across the United States and Canada, until late October, when he will travel to the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland.
