Start your engines (or just keep them running, to be honest), because RuPaul’s Drag Race UK vs the World is returning to screens in the new year, with a star-studded line-up of guest judges set to join Ru and Michelle on the panel.
The biannual Drag Race UK spin-off, which sees beloved British queens take on contestants from other global editions of the franchise, is back to find out who can join former champions Blu Hydrangea and Tia Kofi as ‘Queen of the Mothertucking World’.
While release dates and cast details are still under wraps ahead of the show’s premiere on BBC Three and BBC iPlayer in early 2026, we do now know which celebs will be joining series regulars RuPaul, Michelle Visage, Graham Norton and Alan Carr to pass judgement on the queens.
Amongst them is Black Mirror and Warfare star Will Poulter, who previously proved his LGBTQ+ allyship while raising money for queer causes last year.

“I’m so excited to be a guest judge”, says the British actor, 32. “I’ve been a fan of Drag Race for years and being there in person to see the competition live was a surreal experience and even more amazing than I had imagined.”
Also joining the series as guest judges are Amandaland star Lucy Punch, legendary pop duo Bananarama and American pop icon Anastacia, who teases that the Drag Race UK vs the World season queens ‘blew her away’ during her time on the panel.
“The looks, the attitude, the fire – it was all pure power”, says the “Left Outside Alone” singer. “I came in ready to judge, but honestly, I left inspired.”

Other stars set to appear over the course of the season include Pussycat Dolls Ashley Roberts and Kimberly Wyatt, who will be playing Snatch Game with Ru and the queens.
“Snatch Game was pure joy”, says Roberts. “These queens had me laughing, gasping, and living… the talent in that room was unreal, and I loved every fierce second.”
Wyatt adds: “Being a guest on RuPaul’s Drag Race UK vs the World was such a thrill, the Snatch Game is pure chaos in the best way, and sharing that moment with my sister Ashley made it even more special.”
Doctor Who showrunner Russell T Davies is also set to make a special appearance, but fans will have to wait until the show premieres to find out exactly what brings the Queer as Folk creator to the Drag Race workroom.
Meanwhile, season 18 of the US edition of RuPaul’s Drag Race is set to kick off later this week, with 14 brand new queens vying for the crown.
RuPaul’s Drag Race UK vs the World season three arrives on BBC Three and iPlayer in early 2026.
