Meet 1000-lb Sisters’ Tammy Slaton’s partner Andrea after TV romance

Love is in the air for Tammy Slaton of 1000-lb Sisters fame. The reality TV star revealed earlier this month that not only has she moved in with her partner, Andrea Dalton, the two are now engaged.

The reality TV series started in 2020 and is already on season eight, which debuted earlier this month on TLC. Tammy, who came out as pansexual in an earlier series, and her sister, Amy, are the focus of the show, which follows the Kentucky, Texas based sisters’ journeys with weight loss.

Audiences were first introduced to Andrea Dalton in season seven last year. Here’s what we know about Dalton.

How did Tammy Slaton and Andrea Dalton meet?

In season seven Dalton said that she and Slaton met on a dating app. “I had just got on there,” Dalton said.

She added: “I wasn’t on there very long, and I saw her and she saw me and we just started talking, and it’s been, like, every day since.”

Is 1000-lb Sisters‘ Tammy Slaton engaged to Andrea Dalton?

Yes, the two are engaged. This was revealed to fans by Slaton during an episode of the Creative Chaos podcast which debuted seven months ago. Wearing a necklace that says ‘Andrea’ as well as an engagement ring, Slaton said, when they weren’t filming: “Me and my fiancée, we just kind of chill at home.”

Slaton also said: “We go to Walmart and just walk around or Roses, somewhere like that, not to buy just to walk around, get some exercise, something to do.” Slaton also confirmed she and Dalton had been together “almost three years”.

In the season eight premiere Dalton asked Slaton to move in with her during a picnic and after playing mini-golf.

What has Andrea Dalton been arrested for in the past?

The Sun has reported that Dalton was arrested in October 2021. She was reportedly charged with careless driving, possession of marijuana, no operator license, disregarding a traffic control device, careless driving, and failure to produce an insurance card.

Dalton was arrested less than a year later after missing a court date in connection with the above charges

Who was Tammy Slaton’s previous partner?

Slaton was previously married to Caleb Willingham, who she met in November 2022. They split prior to his death in July 2023.

Slaton has said she then reflected on her sexuality and came out as pansexual in 2021 while in another relationship prior to meeting Dalton.
