Trans icon Ts Madison granted restraining order against content creator

Trans actress and icon Ts Madison has taken a temporary restraining order out against a content creator who filmed himself thriving by her home in Georgia.

In an interview with Out, Madison shared that the court order against Naquan Palmer, also known as the DL Whisperer, came after months of “online commentary that devolved from verbal abuse online to in-person stalking”. The allegations have been denied by Palmer.

The aforementioned commentary surrounded Madison’s viral interview with Real Housewives of Atlanta star Nene Leakes, which was released in June 2025. The interview featured Madison challenging Leakes after the latter claimed that men who date trans women aren’t straight.

The alleged harassment from Palmer began with criticism of the star, with him making a video calling her a “narcissist and a misogynist”. Madison did not know who he was and did not engage directly.

According to Madison’s friend Dominique Morgan, Palmer “slowly started to massage his rhetoric around trans women, specifically Black trans women”, allegedly targeting other Black trans women too.

Madison shared how things progressed to Palmer alleging that he would attack her at her home during a mask-themed Halloween party she was hosting. “People started messaging me and was like, ‘Madison, please be careful, because this man is saying that he’s about to come to your party and attack you,'” she claimed. “And he said, ‘Thank God it’s a mask party, because I can come there and attack that b**** anytime I get ready.'”

She still did not engage with Palmer, but made a video about how trans women needed to protect themselves. “I said the dolls should be armed, because in this climate that we’re in, no one is protecting us,” she told Out. “We need to protect ourselves.”

Madison explained that the situation reached its peak on 23 January, saying: “The gentleman said that he was coming to my mother f****** house,” referencing a video that had been posted to the DL Whisperer’s Facebook account. “He was going to beat me until I had an aneurysm, and he wanted to watch me take my last breath.”

She gathered evidence pertaining to Palmer’s alleged harassment and the Superior Court of Gilmer County granted Madison with a temporary restraining order on 3 February. She also revealed to Out that she is pursuing criminal charges against Palmer.
