Original Pussycat Dolls member says she was snubbed from reunion over MAGA views

Girls and gays around the world were ecstatic when the Pussycat Dolls announced another comeback – but original member Jessica Sutta was among those left out.
The 2026 reunion only involves Nicole Scherzinger (obvi), Ashley Roberts and Kimberly Wyatt. Original members Sutta, Carmit Bachar and Melody Thornton will not be joining the trio.
Bachar recently spoke out to thank LGBTQ+ fans for her time with the Dolls, also admitting she was “disappointed” not to be involved with the comeback.
Now, Sutta, who says the comeback is a “cash grab”, has spoken out, suggesting it was her MAGA support which saw her left out.
Speaking on The Maverick Approach podcast, the 43-year-old said: “I aligned with Bobby Kennedy, which is aligned with MAGA.” She added: “I was a liability.”
The dancer previously revealed that she became political, campaigning for Robert F Kennedy Jr in the 2024 presidential election, because she got a “debilitating” injury she blames on the COVID-19 vaccine.

She said on the podcast: “People are screaming at me, ‘You’re MAGA, you’re MAGA.’ Yeah, I am MAGA. I triple down on it because I’m sick of people telling me who I should be.”
Sounds familiar, given Trump’s tendency to tell LGBTQ+ people, particularly trans folk, what they can and can’t do…
Anyway. This isn’t the first time Sutta has spoken about the reunion.
After the big announcement earlier this month, she shared a long statement on Instagram. She explained she only learned of it the night before the public did, so “didn’t have much time to prepare for the reaction that followed online”.
She said: “I was never planning to return under the current circumstances, and unfortunately I’m still unable to dance due to ongoing health issues.”
According to the post, she tried to reach out to the three returning members but didn’t receive a response until the night before the announcement.
Regardless, she said she has “moved on” from her time with the group.
She added: “I genuinely wish the girls a successful tour and nothing but the best moving forward. I’m grateful for the experiences and memories I had with PCD, and I’ll always hold that chapter of my life close to my heart.”
