Anti-gay group declare that only they know the true meaning of Christmas

A Christian anti-LGBT group has ranked itself #1 on its own ‘naughty or nice’ Christmas list, for the third year running.

The American Family Association, which is listed as a hate group by the Southern Poverty Law Center due to misleading propaganda attacking LGBT people, recently released the latest version of its Christmas boycott list.

The group says it has taken “the top national retailers and reviewed their websites, media advertising and in-store signage in an effort to help you know which companies are Christmas-friendly”.

Top of the charts with an impeccable five-star rating is… the AFA’s own online store.

Yes, that’s right, the group whose spokesperson blamed gay people for the Holocaust thinks that they’re one of just seven companies in the entire United States that “promotes and celebrates Christmas on an exceptional basis”. For a third year in a row.

Gems on the store include box sets of reality show Duck Dynasty – whose star Phil Robertson is famed for his ho-ho-homophobic comments – as well as not-particularly-festive materials to homeschool children in Christian religious doctrine.

The group warned: “There are secular forces in our country that hate Christmas because the word itself is a reminder of Jesus Christ. They want to eradicate anything that reminds Americans of Christianity.

“That is why it is important to remind governments and companies to keep the word Christmas alive. AFA wants to keep Christ in Christmas and Christmas in America.

AFA radio host Bryan Fischer regularly makes disturbing extremist anti-gay comments on his show, blaming gay people for the Holocaust and claiming that freedom of religion only applies to Christians.

He has also blamed floods on gay people.

Commenting on the Boy Scouts of America’s decision to allow gay members, Fischer said that the organisation should be renamed the “Boy Sodomisers of America”.
