Transgender social media sensation Tiara Skye has fiercely defended herself against vile verbal abuse while filming content in London.

Self-described “street walker and queer talker” Tiara Skye shared a video on her social media channels yesterday (31 July) showing her facing off against a woman who screamed transphobic abuse at her.

The video begins with Skye walking away from the woman who is yelling about the performer having “a d**k in between [her] legs” and calling her a “tramp”.

“Why you running away?” the woman shouts, as a calm and smiley Skye responds: “It’s OK, I’m happy!”

The woman then says that Skye will “never be a woman” as she doesn’t “have ovaries” and “will never experience a pregnancy”.

Needless to say, not all women have ovaries, and not all women are able to experience pregnancy.

“I am way better than you,” Skye retorts, before telling the camera that the woman had called her a “b***y boy”.

A bystander then interrupts, telling the loudmouth that if she’s “got nothing nice to say” she should “close her mouth”.

“F**k off, look at you, tramp,” the yob continues.

“Are you OK baby?” Skye then asks. “I want you to live your best life. If a stranger walks past you and screams ‘B***y boy’, is that OK? If I scream, ‘Fat b**ch, thick-nosed wh*re’?”

The women, evidently gagged by Skye’s retort, then says: “That’s a bit directed.”

“No, but it is,” comes Skye’s instant reply.

“I will never be a woman like you, because you are not the woman I’m trying to be”

As the woman walks away while calling Skye a “b***y boy” and stating again that she will “never be a woman”, Skye calmly responds: “I will never be a woman like you, because you are not the woman I’m trying to be. Baby, love you, thank you and good night.”

The video ends with Skye moving on to her next interviewees, who go in for a big hug.

“I needed that hug at the end,” Skye wrote in the caption of her social media video.

Tiara Skye has become known on social media for her vox pop style interviews, in which she trawls the streets of London asking revellers wonderfully inane questions.

Such questions include “Are you foreskin or against skin?”, “Can you spell ‘diarrhoea’”, and “Can you name three vegetarian celebrities?”.

Some of her most popular videos also see her asking members of the public: “Are you gonna be a lesbian tonight?”

Fans of the trans performer have flocked to her Instagram comments to commend her for her “composure” in dealing with the heckler.

“Love you babe! You are the epitome of class and the queen of shade,” one wrote.

“This was heartbreaking to watch, like it is literally my dream to run into you Tiara, I am going to be a lesbian tonight, and you are a Goddess, always,” said another.

A third wrote: “The composure you held is admirable.”

Drag Race UK star Elektra Fence joked: “Sorry but why is she in Soho…. is she feeling Lesbian tonight?”, while fellow Drag Race competitor Crystal gushed: “YOU ARE INCREDIBLE.”

Tiara Skye has become an increasingly prominent social media star in recent years, attracting the attention of Strictly Come Dancing legend Oti Mabuse and interviewing the UK’s “sexiest politician”, Liberal Democrat’s Liverpool leader Carl Cashman.
