US: Tabloid mag falsely reports breakup between Neil Patrick Harris and David Burtka
Tabloid magazine The National Enquirer has released an article claiming actor Neil Patrick Harris and partner David Burtka are splitting up, calling Burtka Harris’s “gay lover.”
The couple, though not married, have been together for more than a decade and have two children.
Harris responded to the rumors by posting a picture of Burtka and his children on Instagram, stating: “I couldn’t be more in love with my family. Any reports to the contrary are woefully mistaken. #grateful.”
Website RumorFix also contacted a spokesperson for Harris who said the story was “complete and utter nonsense.”
