Penguin releases colourful collection to celebrate Pride including rainbow swim trunks

Penguin has released its clothing collection to celebrate Pride Month.

The “Be An Original” range features summer-ready pieces including colourful tees and rainbow swim trunks.

The collection includes a variety of t-shirts with a Pride flag print featuring two penguins driving a car, a rainbow stripe design and the brand’s logo across the chest in a rainbow print.

There’s also tank tops, short sleeve shirts and polo tops in Pride-themed designs as well as swimwear with trunks or shorts embellished with rainbows.

Plus there’s some exclusives to US customers including a stars and stripes tee, a pair of sneakers with colourful accents and a pair of rainbow socks to match.

The prices of the Penguin Pride collection start from $12/£35 going up to $100/£55.

They’ve teamed up with comedian Matteo Lane for the campaign which sees him model the collection in some colourful shots on his Instagram page.

He poses with rainbow balloons and says he is, “so proud to be partnered with Penguin for pride!” alongside the brand’s slogan for the collection, #BeAnOriginal.

The brand has confirmed that 100 per cent of the proceeds from the “Original Penguin” Pride flag t-shirt will go to ALL OUT.
