Miss Argentina and Miss Puerto Rico reveal they’ve tied the knot after secret two-year relationship

Miss Argentina and Miss Puerto Rico have delighted their followers after revealing they married on 28 October after keeping their relationship secret for two years.
Mariana Varela (Miss Argentina) and Fabiola Valentín (Miss Puerto Rico) announced they tied the knot on Instagram with an adorable montage of the two of them, including their marriage proposal and wedding ceremony.
Valentin added the caption: “After deciding to keep our relationship private, we opened the doors to them on a special day.”
While Varela commented: “Thanks for all the love! We are very happy and blessed. I wish that the love you are giving us is multiplied! Endless thanks.”

The two pageant winners met at Miss Grand International (MGI) in 2020 and started dating in secret, although they have regularly posted photos together with very gay captions.
In August they posted selfies together, with the caption “a summer with you” and in January Valentin posted videos of them together on the beach, saying: “How blessed I am to have a person in my life like you. I LOVE YOU”.
They have had a stream of congratulatory messages, including from the Ghanaian model Abena Appiah, who won MGI in 2020.
“Omg congratulations MGI brought together a beautiful union,” she commented under their announcement post. While MGI 2020 runner-up Samantha Bernardo added: “Omg! Congratulations sisters! Lovelovelove!”
Model and pageant winners over the years have flocked to the comments to give their love and blessings to the happy couple.
Meanwhile across social media people are praising how sweet their love story is. “I’ll cry they are so cute,” one person wrote.
Under their post, someone wrote: “Congratulations on your love. You’re an example for all of us and it helps me so much to see this. Representation matters so much and I can’t say how much this means.”
While another added: “I just wanna wish all happiness in the world to Miss Argentina and Miss Puerto Rico and say that if I was in a beauty pageant full of the prettiest girls in the world I too would fall in love with one of them…”
And as someone correctly pointed out: “Even Shakespeare couldn’t write something so beautiful.”
