Pop starlet JADE has officially confirmed the release of her debut album THAT’S SHOWBIZ BABY! – and we’ve never been so ready.

Hot on the heels of a string of certified bangers since her debut solo single “Angel of My Dreams“, consisting of the c*nty “Midnight Cowboy“, disco-funk track “Fantasy”, anthem “IT Girl” and badass breakup bop “FUFN (F**k You for Now)”, JADE’s debut album is so close we can taste it. And boy, it tastes good.

Announced 14 May along with an accompanying tour, THAT’S SHOWBIZ BABY! sees JADE work with a variety of A list collaborators on the project including Mike Sabath, Lostboy, Cirkut, RAYE and Pablo Bowman.

Speaking about her debut offering, JADE said, “This album has been years in the making, so I’m beyond excited that I can finally let everyone know when it’s coming out. I’m very proud of THAT’S SHOWBIZ BABY! as a body of work and can’t wait to share it with the world.

“To be able to perform the album live later this year is also a dream come true. See you all on tour!”

JADE, a fierce trans ally, recently made BRIT Awards history as the first former girl band member to win a solo BRIT Award in March this year for her debut single, “Angel of My Dreams”. She also performed the number in a gagworthy live performance.

The South Shields born icon originally shot to fame as a member of multi-platinum selling, BRIT Award-and-X-Factor-winning pop phenomenon Little Mix alongside Perrie Edwards and Leigh-Anne Pinnock.

A fourth member, Jesy Nelson, left the band in 2020, two years before the trio went on an indefinite hiatus in 2022.
