One thing we can’t get enough of is the love and support shared between Pedro Pascal and his trans sister, Lux, which was most recently on show when the actor got teary-eyed during his sibling’s debut runway show for Chanel.
On Monday (6 October) Lux, 32, walked in Chanel’s Spring/Summer 2026 show as part of Paris Fashion Week. As well as being Lux’s debut show with the brand (and Paris Fashion Week generally) the occasion also marked the debut of Chanel creative director, Matthieu Blazy.
Sitting in the front row was Lux’s ever proud brother, Pedro, 50, the star of The Last of Us and The Fantastic Four: First Steps.

Footage captured by The Cut after the show sees Pedro and Lux hugging tightly. Margot Robbie, who kept Pedro company during the show, comments in the footage as this happens, “[he’s a] very, very proud brother,” before adding, “[it] looks like he’s tearing up.”
Speaking to The Cut, Lux described the show as “innovative,” something she felt was akin to her. She added: This show brought an energy of change, of hope, of kindness and of openness.”
The actress and model also said “the best gift ever” was the hug she and Pedro shared after the show.
The Pascal siblings have become something of an internet sensation for the support they show one another, as well as the way they talk lovingly of one another in interviews.
Joining Pedro at The Fantastic Four premiere in July, Lux celebrated her brother for his trans allyship. She told Entertainment Tonight her brother was aware that “people like him are exactly the ones that need to be voicing support.” She added: “It’s not even about me or about someone specific. He does it from his own heart.”
Pedro Pascal later called his sister a “star,” adding that the pair “go hard for each other.”

Lux has also previously said her brother was a rock in the early days of her transition. And in April, Lux, who came out in 2021, opened up about Pedro’s support during her transition, saying he is “as kind as we think he is.”
The pair shared another sweet moment at the Gladiator II premiere last November. Pedro won major points when at one point he corrected his sibling’s black, slit cut-out dress, earning him the brand of “peak gentleman.”
Pedro Pascal has become increasingly vocal with his pro-trans allyship in recent months, fiercely taking down so-called “fans” who have rejected his support of the LGBTQ+ community. And in April, he blasted Harry Potter author JK Rowling for celebrating the UK’s Supreme Court ruling on the legal definition of the terms “sex” and “women”.
