Bridesmaids actress Rebel Wilson has announced that she is expecting her second child with her wife, fashion designer Ramona Agruma.

Agruma, 41, shared the good news in a collaborative Instagram post with Wilson, 45, yesterday (8 December), revealing that the pair were having a baby daughter.

The sweet video post, which was set to Olivia Dean’s “So Easy (To Fall In Love)”, featured photos of the couple kissing, followed by a photo of their first child Royce Lillian – who was born via surrogacy in November 2022 – and then a photo of the trio at Wilson and Agruma’s wedding in September 2024.

The video ended with Agruma holding a pregnancy test and showing her pregnant stomach.

“From this to…. Baby number 2 is on her way,” Agruma wrote in text overlaid in the video, alongside the caption: “The happiest news in our family. It will be 4 of us soon! Baby number 2 is on her way. I love you @rebelwilson.”

The Pitch Perfect actress shared the video on her Instagram, writing: “Big Wilson family news,” alongside a kissing face emoji and a partying emoji.

“Baby, so happy for our gorgeous babies!” she added in the post’s comment section.

The couple were congratulated by their celebrity pals, with I Fought The Law actress Sheridan Smith writing: “Aww so happy for you both! Congratulations.”

Love, Victor star Joshua Colley commented: “AHHHHHH IM SCREAMING!!! THIS IS SO EXCITING!!! CONGRATS ANGELS.”

Rebel Wilson came out as queer in June 2022 by introducing Agruma to the world as her partner. Wilson announced later that year that her first daughter had been born via a surrogate, after she realised she had wanted to become a mother at age 40.

At the time, she was single, and so visited a fertility doctor and began IVF. Sadly, the treatment didn’t work, and she instead opted for surrogacy.

During an interview with Today in December 2022, Rebel Wilson described feeling “a little disconnected” by her surrogacy experience.

“Having a baby via a surrogate is a bit different of an experience because, in a way, you feel a little disconnected,” she said.

“Even though I had this gorgeous surrogate who was so loving and it was so awesome to get to do this with her.

“But then it’s not until the baby literally popped out – it was almost like a comedy scene – and then you hold the baby and cut the umbilical cord and…it was just amazing and so emotional.”
