Hungary election celebration spills into London with chance to win Sziget Festival tickets

Earlier this week, Péter Magyar ousted Viktor Orbán from power in Hungary, bringing hope to so many around the country and further afield in Europe.
Orbán had banned Pride parades in the country last year, something Magyar strongly disagreed with.
The country has been celebrating, and festivities are spilling over to London today (17 April).
Sziget Festival, which is held in Budapest, is giving away some free tickets to this year’s event. The stellar line-up includes the likes of Bring Me the Horizon, Florence + the Machine, Lewis Capaldi, Sombr and Zara Larsson to name just a few.
It also has plenty of inclusive programming and a dedicated queer space to enjoy.
How to win tickets to Sziget Festival 2026
On Friday, 17 April, keep an eye out for someone wearing a purple T-shirt holding a sign which reads “Fallow me to…”.
They will be somewhere around Central Saint Martins/UAL in King’s Cross in London from 1pm – but they’re waiting to take you to the “Island of Freedom”.
All you need to do is give them a secret phrase. Hint, we just told you what it is above…
For those in the know, wanting to go to the “Island of Freedom”, saying the secret phrase will bag them festival tickets for themselves and a friend.
