Hunter Schafer gags the girls and gays as Jules upstages bride in Euphoria wedding

Rue and Jules turned up at Cassie and Nate's wedding

Euphoria fans have been left with their mouths on the floor after Jules turned up to Cassie and Nate’s wedding in a dress that completely upstaged the bride.

Before Cassie and Nate’s special day descended into chaos, which saw Nate lose a toe as his debt caught up with him, Jules (played by Hunter Schafer) turned up on the arm of Rue.

Earlier in the episode, viewers got to see how Jules had become a sugar baby since leaving high school. Rue then invited her to the wedding as her plus one.

“I’m your sugar daddy now,” Rue told her, slipping some money down her top. “Dress sexy.”

And she did just that, wearing a baby blue dress from Acne Studios SS23 that left much of her body on display.

‘I aspire to serve this hard’

The girls and gays have reacted, with most agreeing that it was a knock-out look.

“This dress eats so hard,” one posted on X. Another agreed: “I aspire to serve this hard.”

Someone else said: “Gagged at Jules’ dress.” While someone else said: “Can we take a moment for Jules’ dress on tonight’s episode… Yes.”

Meanwhile, others joked Jules had completely upstaged Cassie on her big day.

“I don’t care if it’s your worst enemy’s wedding but what the f*** was that dress Jules had on,” one said on X.

Is Jules from Euphoria trans in real life?

The latest episode of Euphoria also saw Jules talk to a sugar daddy about her transition.

Actress Hunter Schafer is trans in real life too and is one of the most recognisable trans stars in Hollywood, having also appeared in major titles such as The Hunger Games: The Ballad of Songbirds & Snakes, and Mother Mary.

However the 27-year-old has previously expressed that she doesn’t like being reduced to the label of “trans actress”.

She told GQ magazine in 2024: “I know I’m one of the most famous trans people in media right now and feel a sense of responsibility, and maybe a little bit of guilt, for not being more of a spokesperson. But, ultimately, I believe that not making it a centrepiece to what I’m doing, will allow me to get further.”

Schafer went on to say she has turned down “tons of trans roles”, adding: “Getting further and doing awesome s***, in the interest of ‘the movement’, will be way more helpful than talking about it all the time.”

She also said that being reduced to just a “trans actress” is “demeaning”.
