Jordan North gets his balls out in sultry shots ahead of Soccer Aid

Capital Breakfast host Jordan North has got his balls – well, ball – centre-shot for a new set of photos ahead of UNICEF Soccer Aid.
The 36-year-old posed for a photoshoot wearing nothing but a football shirt and socks. He covered himself with a ball in some shots, pulling a number of seductive poses even David Beckham would be proud of. Behind-the-scenes footage shared on Instagram revealed he was actually wearing boxers, though.
The photos were taken after North’s co-hosts Chris Stark and Sian Welby noticed he wasn’t on any of the marketing shots for this year’s Soccer Aid, taking place on 31 May.
Speaking on Capital Breakfast, Welby said: “We’re like, why aren’t you on the front of every billboard? Where is he? Why isn’t he being interviewed about it non-stop, because he should be the star.”
Stark said: “I think the problem is, Jordan, is that you go about your business in a bit too much of a quiet, dignified way.”
“You mean I’m private,” North replied.

Stark told him: “Yeah, and you’ve got to be much more of a sell-out than that. If we want you to be a bigger face of Soccer Aid, you’ve got to get seen and do things to get seen.”
Later in the conversation, North said: “I’m not on any of the Soccer Aid billboards, even in the adverts on Capital, my own radio station that I do the Breakfast show on… doesn’t mention me.”
Welby revealed that she and Stark took “matters into our own hands” and did their own photoshoot.
“I’ve never laughed so much,” she added. “Chris had to leave.”
Stark replied: “I wasn’t hanging around for this one personally, it wasn’t for me.”
Listen to Capital Breakfast with Jordan North, Chris Stark and Sian Welby weekdays from 6am – 10am across the UK and on Global Player
