Big Brother fans ‘switch off’ as nominations cause fury: ‘It’s cruelty’
Big Brother’s Twinks and Harry are at risk of eviction (ITV)
Big Brother fans are threatening to stop watching after the latest nominations were announced, with none of the housemates they actually want evicted at risk.
This week saw a nominations twist, with housemates picking a number at random (although Rhianna has been accused of looking in the bag first) before then going in a room to switch out two housemates from four. It left Twinks, who is bisexual, Sam, Harry, who is gay, and Catrin all facing eviction.
Sam was furious with the results, unhappy that each week, his friends are the ones that face eviction while the likes of Rochelle, Philip, Omar and Rhianna are always safe.
And fans are feeling the fury too, with some threatening to stop watching, and others predicting it will be the end of the show.

One said: “I’m not watching this anymore. It’s not fun to watch, it’s just cruelty. Of course the good guys are all up for eviction again.” Another said: “There’s no light in this season anymore, it’s so uncomfortable to watch and I think this will genuinely be the last season of Big Brother on ITV unless action is taken ASAP.”
A third wrote: “I don’t know how much more I can watch BBUK if all the bullies keep being able to walk free it’s such a shame. I feel Sam’s rant down to my core I can’t even imagine how s*** he feels.”
Another added: “I cannot watch this anymore. I fear a lot of people will be doing the same. They’ve ruined the show and are allowing these vile people to go all the way with these dumbass nominations.”
Why are Big Brother fans upset?
Fans are furious that the likes of Rochelle, Philip and Omar are not facing eviction because of their behaviour in the house.
Rochelle and Philip have both continuously picked at Twinks, with Rochelle branding her a “t***” and even a “c***” multiple times.

Rochelle has also said a number of controversial things to other housemates, picking at evicted housemate Millie and also Yasmin over their weight, telling Charlotte, who had her legs and arms amputated due to meningitis, that she was “scared” of people with no limbs, and clashing with Johanne.
Meanwhile, fans have been calling out Omar for his behaviour towards love interest Rhianna, with viewers and even Women’s Aid slamming it as “controlling and coercive”.
Big Brother continues tonight at 9pm on ITV2 and ITVX.
