Meet the Japanese gay adult film star people claim is in Nintendo Switch
A gay porn star features on the Nintendo Switch, players have claimed.
Nintendo’s new £280 games console will feature games like Zelda, Mariokart and Fifa…and the likeness of a Japanese actor who became a meme after he took part in a porn film.
The production, A Midsummer Night’s Lewd Dream, has been mocked in Japan ever since its release in 2001, due its hilarious, exaggerated acting performances, according to Kotaku.
One of the characters, called GO, was turned into a meme known as ‘GO is GOD’, which used good-looking pictures of the actor to prove the point.

And now it seems Nintendo has got in on the joke, tracing one of GO’s most widely shared images on to a nameless figure on the console’s instructions page.
It might be a coincidence – but some players are convinced.
