Hayley Kiyoko has created the perfect lesbian music video, and people are loving it
Hayley Kiyoko has created a lesbian video for the ages.
In the space of five minutes, the Disney-star-turned-queer-icon enhances her already established reputation for proudly, shamelessly flirting with cute women.
In Gravel To Tempo, Hayley showed off her dancing skills in front of four women, one of whom – Headphones Girl – she ended up breaking the internet by kissing.
And she’s at it again in the beautiful video for Feelings, which she directed herself.
In one beautiful, continuous shot, the star known to fans as “Lesbian Jesus” dances, sings and flirts outrageously with a woman on a deserted street.
What’s so wonderful about it is that she represents all women who love women in such a joyful way.
Ever since taking the step up to international stardom with her lesbian anthem Girls Like Girls, Hayley has been eager to celebrate her sexuality whenever possible.
Plus the lyrics to Feelings are so relatable, it almost hurts.
That first, exciting rush of…well, feelings, is intoxicating and glorious, but sometimes has to be reined in so as to not scare off your crush.
“I over-communicate and feel too much / I just complicate it when I say too much,” she sings.
“I get too attached, they don’t even know me / Why can’t I relax?” Hayley asks.
We’ve all been there.
Fans were ecstatic with the video, and weren’t scared to share their feelings about it.

So very correct.
The more representation, the better.
And the more Hayley the better, too, of course.
It’s a genuine issue.
Hayley’s work often inspires art from Kiyokians, and Feelings was no different.
How gorgeous is this?
Yep, that sounds about right.
It is a truly ridiculous feat.
