A gay sex guide to cum play
Everybody cums. It’s one of the most fundamental and natural aspects of sex.
But before we get into it, let’s clear up one misconception: cumming does not have to mean the end of your sexual encounter.
Instead of reaching for the nearest tissue or towel to wipe it away as soon as you’ve reached orgasm, there’s a whole world of sexual activity that you could be missing out on.
Some people love cum and some guys are super-squeamish about it. Some people don’t even like their own cum – whatever your personal preference may be, no worries! It’s your body, and it’s your cum. Do whatever you like with it.
If you’re playing with somebody else’s cum, as well as the potential for fun and games, it can be risky, health-wise.
Lots of cum play activities break a bunch of safer sex rules. Other types of cum play are safe, harmless and could be a really intimate way to develop any sexual relationship.
We’ll guide you through a journey of some of the most popular ways that cum can be used in sex. If you’re coming along, keep reading…
But first, read and understand the general rules about safe sex.

Is cum play safe?
Some types of cum play are riskier than others, but don’t let the risks put you off, just understand them so you can make the right choices with your sexual partners.
A person’s cum is one of the most intimate and personal parts of them.
Before we get into the details of the various forms of cum play, we’re going to say that we always support and suggest safer sex. Read our guide to PrEP, and use condoms.
Cuming on someone is really very safe
Emphasis on, ‘on’ here, rather than ‘in’ (we’ll talk about that further on). There’s nothing to worry about from a health point of view, if you’re spunking on someone’s ass cheeks, chest, beard, face, hand or anywhere else that doesn’t have an ‘entry point.’ But ask them first.
If you’ve got three or more people shooting their load on your face at around the same time, this is known as ‘bukkake,’ a genre of porn in its own right. If you’re lucky enough to be in this position, maybe shut your eyes as shots are being fired.
Always try to avoid the eyes, regardless of how many dicks are in your face. Cum in the eye stings like hell, and it’s still technically inside you, so, risky.
If you do get cum in your eyes, you’ll start producing tears to wash the eye out. If it was a lot of cum, you could try rinsing your eye with warm water. You’ll probably still get a red eye regardless though.
CUMING IN SOMEONE – WHAT ARE THE POTENTIAL RISKS?

Cuming in someone, whether it’s their ass, mouth, eye or the slit/entry of their cock, carries potential risks.
Once cum leaves the body and is exposed to the open air, any HIV that may be present dies very quickly. But other STDs like gonorrhoea, chlamydia and herpes live in your jizz for much longer and are much easier to pass on.
Of course if you’re with a regular partner, have regular sexual health check ups and know each other’s HIV status, there’s less chance of picking up an STD.
If you’re a big fan of cum play, or want to try it, we’d suggest maybe checking if you’re due for a sexual health screening and request the same of your partner(s).
We hope that hasn’t put you off. Now back to the fun part.
Oral cum play: spunk on the tongue, swallowing and snowballing
Cuming in someone’s mouth can be an extremely horny and intimate experience for both of you. But it’s really best to ask first, rather than giving someone a sweet and salty surprise.
You could ask your partner before-hand in a general chit-chat about cum, or, as you’re about to shoot your load. We’ll leave that to you.
If you’re on the receiving end and you don’t want to swallow his cum – but you’d like to feel it in or around your mouth, one tip would be to open wide and put your tongue out.
This gives him a soft landing area to aim for, and you can avoid it potentially getting deeper inside your mouth, or at the back of your throat (which can sting a bit and maybe even give you a croaky voice for half an hour if you end up swallowing some).
Swallowing cum is another ball game.
It’s intimate, and potentially a way of telling someone you’re really into them. Dramatically spitting out a guy’s cum combined with the retching sound you make when you taste something bad can dent self-esteem and make things awkward.
So, think about what you’re going to do with it before-hand. Guys can be very sensitive about what their partner does with their load.
‘Snowballing’ is when you pass a guy’s cum back into their mouth, either via kissing or spitting. This can go back and forth a number of times, and if you’re in a group situation, between multiple partners.
How to make your cum taste better
Yes readers, this really is possible. Everyone’s cum tastes different. Sometimes it’s salty, other times it’s sweet or even bitter. There’s been no proper research done into why this is the case.
But drinking lots of water, generally being healthy and avoiding drugs, alcohol and caffeine can make it taste better. Cinnamon and pineapple are both believed to make it taste better too.

Anal cum play: felching and ‘taking loads’
We’ve covered the safer sex bit already, so we’ll launch straight into anal cum play.
Of course, cumming into your partner’s ass is a satisfying and intimate experience for both parties.
Felching is when you cum inside your partner’s ass and then lick or suck it out with your mouth.
‘Taking loads’ is when you get multiple partners to cum inside you.
Again, we’re not telling you to go do it, watch it or copy it, but if taking loads is your fetish/hobby/passion, good for you.
Just stay as safe as possible, and understand the risks.
