Fans are very pleased to see Gus Kenworthy wearing not many clothes in this clothing ad
Winter Olympics star and thirst trap Gus Kenworthy has recorded a new advert for H&M that is sending fans wild.
The professional skier is one of the faces – and bodies – ofĀ theĀ Swedish chain’sĀ summer range.
In the new adĀ Kenworthy recommends wearing stripes as a way to stand out if you don’t like bright colours, as he apparently doesn’t.
But judging by fans’ reactions, Kenworthy would stand out regardless of whether he was wearing clothes or not.
H&M posted a short video clip of the athlete stripping down to his underwear on its social media on Thursday:
.@GusKenworthy is ready for summer! Are you? https://t.co/xNVAMrFMLQ #HM pic.twitter.com/PHD1aePMcD

The skier also posted a photo from the campaign on his Instagram account.
He wrote: “Wanna go in but it hasnāt been 30 minutes since I ate ā¦ Sooo I guess Iāll just stand here feelinā cute in my new stripy @hm trunks.”
More than 70,000 fans liked the post, with many saying they were “shook.”
The clothing range is a lighter side to the sportsman, who has been outspoken about his political views in recent weeks.
The gay athlete made no secret of his animosity towards RepublicanĀ politicianĀ Vice President Mike Pence while competing in the Olympics.
Freestyle skier Kenworthy saidĀ afterĀ the Olympics: “All US Olympians and Paralympians are invited to visit the White House and meet the president after the Games.
“Today is this year’s visit and USOC spokesperson says he’s never seen so many athletes turn down their invites. The resistance is real.”
Some criticised the decision, saying it wasn’t in the spirit of the Olympics.
But Kenworthy defended his decision, explaining:Ā āWhen we have people elected into office that believe in conversion therapy and are trying to strip trans rights in the military and do these things that are directly attacking the LGBT community, I have no patience.ā
The OlympianĀ took a potshot at the administration by donning a Make America Gay Again hat.
