Lady Gaga, who invented the art of acting just so she could win esteemed awards, has reportedly been offered the role of Emma Frost, a dry-witted urbane telepath, in the upcoming X-Men reboot.

The Star Is Born, well, star has been approached to play the mutant last played by January Jones, sources told We Got This Covered.

Frost is known for her sharp, all-white couture, so considering the news came just hours after rumours heaved Harry Styles is being eyed-up too for the revival, Twitter exploded with all-capital letters tweets and fan-art of Gaga as Frost.

Safe to say that audiences would not give Gaga the cold shoulder if she played Frost.

The speculations comes after Disney acquired Fox Studios, bringing the X-Men film franchise into the Marcel Cinematic Universe. Since then, fans have revelled in imagining who will bring some of the most iconic comic book characters to life once more.

Some Gaga stans leapt on the idea of the “Stupid Love” singer taking up the role of her as White Phoneix, who was created when Jean and Phoenix Force merged into one.

After winning an Oscar, Lady Gaga partied with Madonna and ate Taco Bell.

After winning an Oscar for Best Original Song (“Shallow” from A Star is Born) and being nominated for best actress, Lady Gaga admitted that how she celebrated that night ended up with her Tiffany diamond necklace being taken away.

Gaga described how the 128-carat yellow diamond she wore with a black dress was last worn by Audrey Hepburn during the Breakfast At Tiffany’s press tour in 1961.

So, you know, in wearing the diamond, the singer was surrounded by security staff hired by the American luxury jeweller.

“I didn’t know what was going to happen that night – I was just so happy to be there,” she said on the Graham Norton Show.

“My sister and I were barrelling through champagne backstage and when we left, I didn’t tell anyone, and I still had the diamond on.

“Everyone freaked out that I was still wearing it.

“When I went to Madonna’s house, security guards were side-eyeing me and eventually, when we were heading to Taco Bell, my car was pulled over and Tiffany’s security politely removed it from my neck!”
