Jedward have absolutely destroyed Sharon Osbourne after she shared her support for Piers Morgan, and it is truly a tweet for the ages.

Morgan unceremoniously quit Good Morning Britain on Tuesday (9 March) after being widely criticised for saying he didn’t “believe a word” Meghan Markle said during her interview with Oprah Winfrey.

In the interview, Markle revealed she experienced suicidal thoughts and was plagued by mental health issues as a result of endless attacks from tabloid newspapers. Morgan walked off GMB after colleague Alex Beresford criticised him for belittling her experiences and quit later that day.

Countless public figures have lined up to voice their support for Piers Morgan – including former X-Factor judge Sharon Osbourne.

Tagging Morgan in her tweet, Osbourne wrote: “I am with you. I stand by you. People forget that you’re paid for your opinion and that you’re just speaking your truth.”

The reality television star was widely mocked for her stance – and Jedward had the best possible response.

We don’t stand with you. It’s a NO from us! Sorry you aren’t going to bootcamp!

“We aren’t with you,” the former X-Factor contestants – and all round legends – tweeted.

“We don’t stand with you. It’s a NO from us! Sorry you aren’t going to bootcamp!” the Irish twins added.

The pair have been vocal in their glee at the news that Piers Morgan has quit the morning chat show. On Tuesday night, they tweeted: “Tomorrow will definitely be a Good Morning Britain! Bye Piers Morgan.”

They added: “We’ve turned down multiple appearances on Good Morning Britain cuz of that dope! And now the future is JEPIC!”

Jedward also shared a screenshot of their email inbox showing three different requests from GMB producers, all sent in 2020, pleading with the pair to go on the show.

Unlike Piers Morgan, Jedward have been vocal in their support for Meghan Markle ever since her widely watched interview with Oprah aired on Sunday night.

They tweeted on Monday: “Meghan is a survivor from suicidal thoughts! She’s speaking her truth never let your voice be silenced,” alongside a heart emoji.

Jedward also branded the Duchess of Sussex a “hero” and praised her “honesty and bravery” in opening up about her experience in the British royal family.
