The New Balance Pride 2021 range has been created by Hong Kong-based artist Zioe Lam and is rooted in vibrancy and playfulness, which has been inspired by the LBGT+ community.

New Balance describe her as somebody who “celebrates and encourages ambiguity and fluidity through her art.”

“As a brand, we hope that this collection will help foster connections with each other, regardless of their differences,” they add.

The gender neutral Pride collection features a pair of New Balance Fresh Foam Tempo trainers, covered in a vibrant graphic alongside a red heel.

There’s also a pair of New Balance 574 trainers in a more low-key grey, with a pop of colour in the laces which have a rainbow pattern.

Other items in the 2021 collection include slides, an anorak and matching shorts with multi-coloured graphic by Lam and three short sleeved t-shirts.
