They will kick off the tour in Manchester on 29 April and head to London, Leeds, Birmingham and finish up in Dublin on 7 May.

It’ll be in support of their recently released 15th studio album, Future Past, which marked their first release in six years.

The tour recently wrapped up in North America, which saw them play three nights at the Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles alongside Nile Rodgers and Chic.

It saw them play songs from the new album including “Give It All Up” and “Invisible” alongside some of their greatest hits.

Fans can also expect to hear the likes of “Hungry Like the Wolf”, “Rio”, “Girls on Film” and “Notorious”.

The group were recently inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame for the class of 2022, which saw them perform three of their songs.

During their acceptance speech, they announced that their original guitarist, Andy Taylor, was unable to join them onstage due to his stage four metastatic prostate cancer.

Taylor had kept his illness secret since being diagnosed four years ago and wrote a letter for the band to read out, which said: “Let there be no doubt I was stoked about the whole thing, even bought a new guitar with the essential whammy!”.

The emotional letter was published in full on duranduran.com, which crashed shortly after the news was announced.
