Legendary gay comedian Alan Carr will one of the stars competing in season two of Last One Laughing UK.
Ten comedians go head-to-head in show’s battle of stoicism with one rule: you laugh, you lose.
They are assembled in a room with the job of making one another laugh, without doing so themselves. Jimmy Carr and Roisin Conaty will be on hosting duty.
Carr is no stranger to UK TV audiences. Chatty Man ran for from 2009 until 2016, with two Christmas specials. He’s voiced animated characters, been seen in Changing Ends and even popped up in one episode of Hollyoaks.

The comedian has also won a BAFTA and two National Television Awards.
More recently, he has hosted Interior Design Masters and been seen in travel shows, visiting Italy and Spain with Amanda Holden – Greece is next on the pair’s list.
However, Carr’s personal life also made the news when he split from husband Paul Drayton in 2022, following the latter’s conviction for drink-driving.
In Last One Laughing UK, Carr will be up against the likes of David Mitchell, Diane Morgan, Maisie Adam, Romesh Ranganathan, Mel Giedroyc and series one winner Bob Mortimer.
Later in the year, he can been in Celebrity Traitors alongside fellow LGBTQ+ stars Clare Balding, Cat Burns, Tom Daley and Stephen Fry.

When does Last One Laughing UK come out?
Series two of Last One Laughing is due to drop on Prime Video in 2026. If the show follows series one’s schedule, four episodes will drop first with the final two available a week later.
