Lux Pascal and Hunter Schafer are among those in the cast of Tom Ford‘s upcoming film, Cry to Heaven.
The cast for the film was announced on Wednesday (12 November) and as well as Pascal and Schafer includes Nicholas Hoult, Aaron Taylor Johnson, Ciarán Hinds, and George MacKay.
Also featuring are Mark Strong, Colin Firth, Paul Bettany, Owen Cooper, Daniel Quinn-Toye, and Josephine Thiesen. Thandiwe Newton, Theodore Pellerin, Daryl McCormack, Cassian Bilton, and Hauk Hannemann will also star.

Cry to Heaven will also mark the acting debut of Adele.
Deadline, who broke the news, reports that Ford, who is gay, has adapted Anne Rice’s novel of the same name himself. He will also direct.
Deadline also reports that Ford is self-financing the film after selling his fashion business to the Estée Lauder Companies for $2.8 billion in 2023.
The film is said to currently be in pre-production with shooting due to start mid January 2026. The film is planned for release in autumn 2026.

Rice’s novel is set in 18th century Italy, and follows Tonio Treschi, a Venetian noble, and Guido Maffeo, singer from Calabria who was castrated at six years old as they both try to find success in opera. Along the way the two engage in a love affair while Tonio seeks revenge against Carlo, his father.
Posting about the casting news on Instagram on Wednesday, Pascal recalled watching Ford’s A Single Man, which starred Firth as the depressed gay university professor, George Falconer.
“Little me watching the trailer for Tom Ford’s first film ‘A single man’ and then buying my own ticket to go see it is in total disbelief… Now a part of this captivating Vision,” the model and actress said.
