Man of Steel actor Henry Cavill stole the show at Day 2 of the Royal Ascott on 17 June… or rather, his prominent bulge did.
The British star, 43, made an appearance at the horse-racing event, looking dapper in a top hat and tails, accessorising with an umbrella and a flashy watch.
And it was thanks to said watch that the internet got some eye-popping new content to thirst over.
Instagram account “Italian Watch Spotter” shared a video of the actor, which focused on his timepiece – a 1926 Longlines with a monopusher chronograph, their post said.
However, it wasn’t the watch most people were looking at, with the video giving a zoomed-in shot of his very prominent bulge.
The clip soon went viral on social media, with users gushing over Cavill.
“I spy with my little eye,” one user wrote. Another said: “Girl nobody looking at that bracelet.”
Someone else said: “You saw it, I saw it, we all saw it.” Another added: “Alright cameraman… I see what you did.”
‘Aren’t the stallions meant to be in the stables?’
Even Drag Race star Phoenix got involved, writing: “Um, does anyone know if the cameraman has Venmo ’cause he deserves a donation.”
Meanwhile, others focused on the, ahem, position, with one joking: “I checked the time and it’s more like 6ish.” As someone else commented: “It’s 6:30.”
Another said: “Aren’t the stallions meant to be in the stables?”
Cavill’s Royal Ascot appearance comes after his latest film, In The Grey was released to very little attention, despite some critics noting it appeared he was playing gay alongside Jake Gyllenhaal.
The film was released on 15 May and made around $3million at the box office over its first weekend.
It had very little promo before its release, so you’d be forgiven for never having heard of it.
As of now, after 59 reviews, it has a score of just 49% on Rotten Tomatoes. It has a more favourable rating of 83% on the site’s Popcornmeter, based on user-submitted reviews.
