Trans model Alex Consani returns to Victoria’s Secret runway and we’re literally obsessed

Trans model Alex Consani has returned to the Victoria’s Secret runway with two iconic looks.
The 23-year-old was pictured strutting her stuff in a baby pink lingerie set, with the Victoria’s Secret logo embossed. The look was completed with a voluminous, striped cape with a long train that featured a deep emerald green and plenty of sparkles.
Her second look of the night saw her transform into a literal goddess, wearing a black lace bodysuit with huge golden wings – a staple of the Victoria’s Secret runway.
It was Consani’s third year in a row on the Victoria’s Secret runway, having made her debut in 2024 and following up in 2025, too.
The model shared photos, including backstage snaps, from the day on Instagram, with fans and famous faces excited to see her back.
The Victoria’s Secret account commented: “Our angel,” while trans actress Laverne Cox said: “Stunning superstar! Supermodel! Angel!”
Hailey Bieber commented: “Gagged,” as Rachel Zegler added: “My girlll.”
Who is Alex Consani?
Alex Consani started modelling in 2015, becoming the world’s youngest transgender model at the time, when she was just 12 years old.
She soon created a big following thanks to TikTok, with fans falling in love with her kooky personality and comedy.
In 2024, she was the first trans model to win “Model of the Year” at the Fashion Awards.
The California native started modelling with Slay Model Management in Los Angeles, an agency with just trans models on their books.
After moving to New York when she was 18, Consani went on to make her runway debut for Tom Ford in 2021.
Since then, her star-power has been on a sharp incline, appearing in music videos for Charli XCX and Doja Cat, and serving on the host committee for the Met Gala in 2026.

This year, Alex Consani was signed up for American Horror Story: 13, playing witch Morwenna.
She joined the coven, alongside American Horror Story icons including Sarah Paulson, Emma Roberts, Billie Lourd, Gabourey Sidibe and Leslie Grossman.
Morwenna has been seen to be an impressive young which with strong powers of resurgence, which saw her bring Roberts’ characters Madison Montgomery back to life.
