Harry Styles performs George Michael as he hints at being bisexual

Harry Styles fans have reacted with surprise after the ex-One Direction star performed George Michael.
Appearing on his world tour in Basel, Switzerland, he performed a chorus of his new song Anna, which some said sounded remarkably like Michael’s major hit Faith.
Fans took to the internet to share their surprise at the Styles/George Michael mash-up.
Jason Pringle, from Plymouth, said: “The track is good, but the chorus clearly has that amazing George riff from Faith. You can hear it as clear as day.

“Harry is a talented songwriter so it is a surprise he has taken this classic.”
It later turned out Styles didn’t “take” the classic, but in fact used it to honour the late Wham! star by openly using Faith with Anna for the mash-up performance.
Michael passed away just over a year ago on Christmas Day 2016 when he was found dead at home in Oxfordshire.
The likeness to Michael, who was famously and proudly gay in the final two decades of his career, wasn’t the only talking point from the song.
Styles has provoked an outpouring of enthusiasm from fans after lyrics in his new song seemed to reveal his bisexuality.
He spoken out about his sexuality last year, when he said he had “never felt the need” to label himself.
“It’s weird for me – everyone should just be who they want to be,” he said at the time.

“It’s tough to justify somebody having to answer to someone else about stuff like that.”
But the star now seems to have described his sexuality in clearer terms.

Performing in Paris, the 24-year-old sang: “The boys and the girls are here, I mess around with them, and I’m okay with it.”
He followed up those sensational lines by singing: “I’m coming down, I figured out I kinda like it, and when I sleep I’m gonna dream of how you tasted”
Styles even appeared to use bisexual lighting for parts of the song.
He has also long been a supporter of LGBT rights, having performed with a rainbow flag draped over his microphone last year during his ongoing solo tour.
He even made a subtle jab at Donald Trump and his anti-trans policies in October, during his Washington DC concert – by waving a transgender flag.
