Rihanna has announced her Savage X Fenty Show Vol. 2 will star Drag Race royalty Shea Couleé and Jaida Essence Hall.

The retired singer (prove us wrong, RiRi) has tapped an all-star cast of models, musicians and drag queens for her second annual lingerie fashion show.

Savage X Fenty Show Vol. 2 will feature current reigning Drag Race superstars Shea Couleé and Jaida Essence Hall sashaying down the runway, as well as queer faves Lizzo, Willow Smith, Bad Bunny and more.

“Cat’s out the bag,” Shea tweeted. “Y’all ready?” asked Jaida.

Drag Race fans were, naturally, beside themselves with excitement.

Savage X Fenty Show is coming to Amazon. No sign of that album, though.

Savage X Fenty Show Vol. 2 will stream on Amazon Prime on October 2, with the new collection available to shop at the retailer immediately after.

Along with Shea and Jaida, the show will also feature Lizzo, Demi Moore, Erika Jayne, Gigi Goode, Irina Shayk, Laura Harrier, Paris Hilton, Rico Nasty, Willow Smith, Chika, and Miss 5thAvenue.

Returning from last year’s spectacular will be Bella Hadid, Big Sean, Cara Delevingne, Christian Combs, Normani and Paloma Elsesser.

There will be musical performances by Travis Scott, Bad Bunny, Ella Mai, Miguel, Mustard, Roddy Ricch, as well as Rosalia.

The diverse line-up is a hallmark of Rihanna’s post-music efforts, driving huge shifts in the fashion and beauty industries.

Last year’s inaugural Savage X Fenty Show was credited as the final nail in the coffin of the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show, which had been deserted by viewers and shoppers bored of seeing the same thin, identikit models.

Not content with reshaping the lingerie world, Rihanna has also upended cosmetics with her Fenty Beauty and Skin lines, and in 2019 became the first Black women to lead a LVMH house with her Fenty maison.

All of these products can be worn while slowly wasting away, waiting for the sweet, sweet release of Rihanna’s ninth album, which she promises is coming “soon”.
